We have finally arrived at the last blog post! This is the end of the Shookie Cookie, and we are ending this blog with a good ole' fashion reflection.

Looking back to when I first created this blog, I was little apprehensive about the topic. I didn't know to much about cookies, except eating them of course. Nevertheless, I persevered and managed to learn many things from posting on here. 

It we take a look back at all the things I've blogged about, I've learned about baking, best kinds of equipment to use, good bakeries to visit, well know pastry connoisseurs, good brands and flavors of cookies, and other things among them. 

I went into this thinking I would be just posting about my taste buds, but I have been enlightened about how vast this industry can be and how I can utilize my new knowledge about cookies. 

On the other end of the spectrum, I cannot get through a real reflection without first looking back on the things that I could have improved on. There were many topics I felt were hard to really elaborate on. I also felt that sometimes I didn't do enough background research before diving in. These are things that, in the future, I could do better and make my blog far more interesting, informational, and credible.
